FAITH, CONFESSION, TRUTH PRESSURE

Here is Your Prayer outline with links to the scriptures they are based on.

What is Truth Pressure?

The Intentional, Daily Application of the Spoken Truth that Destroys the Enemy’s Strongholds and Builds a Stronghold of Faith in Your Heart.

Three scriptures that Truth Pressure is based on.

Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Proverbs 4:20-22 My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. 21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; 22 For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. 23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. 24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.

Proverbs 18:20-21 A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; From the produce of his lips he shall be filled. 21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.

Joshua 1:8, John 1:14, James 1:21 Father, your word will not depart from my mouth, but I will meditate on your word day and night, that I may see it with my heart, believe in my heart, and obey every command written in it. When I speak your word and meditate on your word, Lord, I become your word. Your word is engrafted into my heart. Your word is becoming a physical, mental, and spiritual reality in my life. I am making my way prosperous, and I am having success because I am committed to your word.

Mark 11:23, Proverbs 18:20-21 Father, because of the creative power and authority that You have given me, I speak to things and situations, and they obey me. I believe in my heart that the things I say will be done. My words have tremendous authority and power. Death and life are in the power of my tongue. I steward this power wisely in the fear of the Lord. I use this power to change situations, to help people, to strengthen, establish, and clarify my hope and my vision, and to demonstrate the power of the kingdom of God and the power of the gospel. Thank you for giving me the authority to speak on your behalf. I don’t take this responsibility lightly. I use this authority to bring You glory in the fear and reverence of Your great name. And none of my words will fall to the ground because they are Your words.

Proverbs 21:23, Psalm 141:3, James 1:26, Ephesians 4:29, Psalm 39:1, Psalm 12:6, Ephesians 4:15. I guard my mouth and bridle my tongue. I force my tongue to be my servant, and I keep my soul from trouble. Father, I set a watch at the door of my lips, and I allow no corrupt communication and no ungodly words to come out of my mouth, but I only speak what is good for necessary edification, that it may minister life and impart grace to me and all those who would hear me. I guard my heart diligently, so I don’t sin with my tongue; Your Word is pure, and I am committed to speaking, believing, and becoming your Word. I speak your truth in love, and I grow up into Christ, the head of the Church, in all things.

Philippians 4:6-9 I refuse to worry, fret, or get anxious over anything, but in everything through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, I make my requests known to you, Father, and your peace that surpasses all understanding goes before me, preparing my way, keeping and guarding my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Lord, I purposely think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. If there is any virtue or praise, I think about these things. I protect my imagination. I guard my heart and mind against all doubt, and all negative and faithless thoughts. I am obedient to your Word, Lord, and your peace abides with me.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5, Proverbs 4:23, Proverbs 16:23, James 1:19 Lord, even though I live and walk in a physical world, I do not fight a physical war. The weapons of my warfare are not physical, not carnal, but spiritual. And they are mighty in You for the pulling down of strongholds. So, I cast down every argument, and every imagination of the heart that would oppose or contradict the truth of your word, your promises to me, my rightful inheritance in Christ, and my knowledge of you and your love. I am slow to speak so I can take every thought captive and bring them into complete submission and obedience to Christ. I always give my heart time to teach my mouth what to say. I guard my heart with all diligence because that is where You dwell, Lord, and out of my heart and out of my mouth flows Your light, Your power, Your love, and your life. I guard my heart and feed my hope; I protect and defend the kingdom of God within me with all diligence.

Luke 17:21, Matthew 10: 7-8, Mark 16:17-18, verse 20, Ephesians 6:10-18 Because the kingdom of God is within me, I go about healing the sick, setting captives free from bondage, casting out devils, and raising people from the dead. I have received an abundance of grace from You, and so I freely give grace to others. I am generous with Your grace. I am a believer in Jesus, and in His name I cast out devils; I speak with new tongues. If I touch or consume any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt me. I lay hands on the sick, and they recover instantly.

Galatians 2:20, Romans 12:1-3 I am crucified with Christ: That old carnal man died! Nevertheless, I live because I have been resurrected with Christ. He now lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loves me, and gave himself for me, who now lives His life through me. Father, I present my body as a living vehicle, a holy sacrifice acceptable to You, which is my only reasonable response, it’s my humble act of service and worship. I am not conformed to this fallen world, but I am continually being transformed by the renewing of my mind to your word and your ways. I do not think too highly of myself, but I think soberly according to the measure of faith that you have given me.

Psalm 19:7-9 Lord, your word is perfect, converting my soul, making me wise, filling me with joy, enlightening my eyes; Your word is alive and it is amazing, and I am thankful for it. Your judgments, Father, are true and righteous. Thank You for giving me righteous judgments.

Romans 4:20-21 I do not waver at your amazing promises, Lord, but I am strengthened in faith through the power of your word, giving glory to You, and being fully persuaded and fully convinced that what You have promised me You will perform.

Psalm 103: 2-5, 1 Peter 2:24 Jesus bore my sins on the cross and paid the full price for my complete redemption, so I am dead to sin, I live unto righteousness, and by His stripes I am now healed. Thank you, Lord, for saving me and healing me! Lord, thank you for forgiving all my iniquities and for healing all my diseases; Thank You for redeeming my life from destruction, for satisfying my mouth with good things so that my youth is constantly being renewed.

Romans 8:11 The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead now dwells in me. Resurrection power lives in me. Father, just as You raised Christ from the dead, You give life to my physical body through the Holy Spirit living in me. I am so thankful!

1 Corinthians 13:4-8, Romans 5:5, Mark 12:30-31 Father, because Your love has been poured out into my heart by the Holy Spirit, I am patient and kind. I do not envy or boast, and I am not prideful. I do not dishonor others; I am not self-seeking; I am not easily angered, and I don’t keep any record of a wrong done to me. I do not take pleasure in evil and sin, but I rejoice in your truth. I choose to believe the best of every person. I see people for their created value. I see them as your children, and I see them for their potential. I always protect, I always trust, I always hope and persevere. I never fail, I never stop hoping, I never stop believing, and I never stop loving. I love You, Lord, with all of my heart; I love You with all of my soul; I love You with all my mind; I love You with my imagination; I love You with my creativity; I love You in weakness, and I love You with all my strength. I love You with all that I am and all that I have. And yes, Lord, I love my neighbor as myself.

Galatians 5:16-18, Galatians 2:16, 1 Corinthians 15:56-57. I walk in the Spirit, and I do not yield to the lust of the flesh or the lust of the eyes, or pride. I put on humility like a piece of armor, and I am protected from these temptations and deceptions. I am led by the Holy Spirit, I am under your grace, and I am not under the righteous requirements of the law.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, John 10:10 I am wise in my food choices. You are Lord of my appetites. I desire food that is natural, healthy, and a blessing to my body and mind, foods that are pleasing to You. I have a strong spirit of self-control. Although Satan is trying to steal my health, kill me early, and destroy my witness. I quickly and easily say no to any temptation to overeat and put destructive things in my body. I am full of wisdom, discernment, life, strength, health, energy, and vitality. My body is your temple, and I am a good steward of your temple, Lord. I keep it clean, healthy, strong, and well maintained in the fear of the Lord. I will not allow the lust for food to control me. Lust and Gluttony are sin. I am free from sin, and I will not let sin distort my reflection of You to the world.

Hebrews 12:1-2, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, John 14:12 Lord, I lay aside every weight and every sin that would ensnare me, and I run with patience and endurance the race that You have set before me. I live my life in such a way that honors You and honors the calling which You have placed on my life. I live fasted. I eat in moderation every day. I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, so that I am not disqualified from ministry or any good works. I look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. My eyes are fixed on Jesus. His life is what I model. I do the works of Jesus, and I do even greater works than He did according to your promise to me.

1 Peter 1: 13-21, Ephesians 6:14, Romans 12:2. I gird up the loins of my mind with your word, Father. I put on truth and righteousness like pieces of armor. I am sober-minded, and my hope rests fully upon You and the grace that is mine in Christ Jesus. I am an obedient child, Father. I am not conformed to former lusts or my former way of life. I am holy in my conduct as You are holy. I live and walk in fear of the Lord.

John 16:13, Colossians 1:9, Acts 1:8: The Spirit of truth abides in me, guiding me into all truth and showing me things to come. I have perfect knowledge of what to do in every situation, and I am filled with all wisdom, discernment, spiritual understanding, and the knowledge of your will for me, Lord. I have received an abundance of power because your Holy Spirit has come upon me, and I am a witness for Jesus to the ends of the Earth.

Psalm 112:1-7 I am blessed because you have taught me the fear of the Lord and I delight in your Word. My descendants are mighty on the Earth, and they are blessed. Wealth and riches are in my house, and my righteousness endures forever. I am gracious and full of compassion. I guide my affairs with discretion. I will never be shaken. I am not afraid of evil tidings, and I am not shaken by bad reports. I walk by faith and not by sight. My heart is steadfast, trusting in You.

Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against me will succeed, and every tongue rising against me in judgment I will condemn. This is my heritage as your servant and as your child, and my righteousness is from you, Lord.

Philippians 4:19, Romans 8:28 There is no lack in my life, Lord, for You supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. I love You, Lord, and I am called according to Your purpose. All things work together for my good. Everything always works out for me because of your great love for me. Because of your amazing covenant with me.

Isaiah 54:14, Romans 10:3-4, Romans 5:17. I thank you, Lord, that I am established in righteousness because I am completely submitted to your righteousness. I am far from oppression; I do not fear, and terror shall not come near me. I have received an abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness, and therefore I reign as a king in this life by Jesus Christ.

Colossians 3:1-2 I trust in you, Lord, with all of my heart and do not lean on my limited understanding. In all my ways I acknowledge You, and I trust You to direct my path. I have been resurrected with Christ; I seek the things which are from above, where Christ is, sitting at Your right hand. I set my mind and my affections on eternal things, not on the things of this Earth.

Proverbs 3:9-10 I honor you, Lord, with my possessions, and I overflow with material and spiritual blessings. Thank you, Lord!

Isaiah 54:13, Isaiah 8:18, Isaiah 59:21, Psalm 3:3, Psalm 8:9. All of my children are taught of You, Lord, and great is their peace. Father, myself, my spouse, the children You have given us, and even our dog are for signs and wonders. You are holy, Lord, and I am holy as You are holy. As Christ is in this world, so am I. You are my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in You alone I trust. You are my shield and salvation. You are my stronghold, and I will praise You forevermore. There is no rock like You, God. You are my firm foundation.

Psalm 23 Lord, You are my shepherd and I do not want for anything. You make me to lie down in green pastures, leading me beside the still waters, restoring my soul. You lead me in paths of righteousness for your name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for I know You are with me, your correction comforts me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint me with your Holy Spirit, and my cup truly runs over. Goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell with You forever Lord. Halleluiah!

Psalm 25:4-6 Show me your ways, Father; Teach me and lead me in your truth. You are the God of my salvation. I wait on You patiently Lord, I listen for You intently.
