God said: “Help ME Answer Your Prayers

The other day, while wasting precious time surfing and scrolling through ridiculous videos on YouTube, the Lord spoke to me. He said:

“Help me answer your prayers.”

I knew it was the Lord. I felt like He was urging me to write it down, so I did. As I started to write, I believe he expanded on what He said, and these words came to me as quick as I could write them down.

“If you cooperate with the My Spirit, I can answer your questions and your prayers more quickly. Demonstrating faith in Me is cooperation with the Holy Spirit.

 When you ask me for something, you are asking for my assistance. I can only apply my assistance when I can add it to your faith. You must demonstrate your faith in Me if I am to answer your questions and answer your prayers.

One of the greatest demonstrations of your faith in Me is abiding in My word. The greatest demonstration of faith is obeying it.

If you abide in my word you abide in Me and I and you. This is what keeps your motives pure, your heart clean, and your mind renewed. This creates the soil that a living faith can grow in and flourish.

Help Me answer your questions and prayers.”

God was telling me to guard my heart. Not pollute it with mindless and ungodly things and He could more easily assist me on this journey through life.

What we look at matters. What we allow ourselves to be exposed to matters.

John 15:7-8 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

Proverbs 4:20-27 My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart;
22 For they are life to those who find them,
And health to all their flesh.
23 Keep your heart with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth,
And put perverse lips far from you.
25 Let your eyes look straight ahead,
And your eyelids look right before you.
26 Ponder the path of your feet,
And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left;
Remove your foot from evil.

Three Minute Truth Bomb!

Stop Tormenting Your Soul!

2 Peter 2:7-8 and God delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked (for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)—

          Lot was a righteous man who was oppressed, vexed, and tormented in his soul because of the things he was seeing and hearing. What was he seeing and hearing? This passage tells us that he was seeing and hearing their filthy conduct and their lawless deeds.

          Have you noticed the rapid increase in ungodly TV shows and movies pushing the homosexual and trans agendas down our throats? What about the increase in violence, lying, witchcraft, supernatural beings, sexually explicit content, filthy conduct, and all other unrighteous activity? Is this godly entertainment or are we being desensitized by the enemy to be ruled by our flesh?

Your “Television” is literally Telling-You-A-Vision, and it is not God’s vision for your life. Your computer screens and phones are now the same.

To sit in front of a digital screen and allow ungodly filth to be poured into our souls is not just dangerous, it is destructive. It caters to our carnal nature and hinders our spiritual growth and progress.

I know many Christians who have a 15-to-30-minute daily devotional but will sit in front of a screen for hours viewing ungodly social media or R-rated movies filled with nudity, violence, foul language, witchcraft, and other wicked and hateful behavior. Sit mindlessly and watch the so-called News with its childish behavior spewing forth lies and petty rants about political opinions and social injustice.

Is that living a sanctified life? Is that honoring the Temple of God? Is it guarding your heart with all diligence? Do you realize that the Kingdom of God is within you, and to guard your heart is to guard God’s Kingdom?

Proverbs 4:20-27 My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.

23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.
25 Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you.
26 Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left; Remove your foot from evil.
